William Diana Consulting is a sole proprietorship with its registered office in Seon, canton of Aargau. The company identification number (UID), any commercial register entry and the VAT number are set out below.

Supervision, registration and ombudsman

Insurance intermediation is governed by the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG). Untied insurance intermediaries are entered in the register of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.

Under Art. 74 et seq. of the Financial Services Act (FinSA), financial service providers are affiliated to an ombudsman. The ombudsman is a free and neutral mediation body; mediation proceedings are open to you irrespective of any court proceedings.
