2. Principles
We process personal data in accordance with the principles of good faith, lawfulness and proportionality. We collect only the data we actually need for the respective purpose, and retain it only as long as necessary.

3. What data we process
When you visit this website, the hosting provider records technically necessary access data in server log files. This data does not allow any direct conclusions about your identity and is not combined with other sources.
If you contact us, we process the details you send in order to answer your enquiry and deal with the matter.

4. Purposes of processing
We process personal data in order to provide and deliver our services, to answer enquiries, to meet legal obligations, in particular supervisory, accounting and retention requirements, and to ensure the technical operation and security of this website.
6. Hosting and processors
We use a hosting provider as a processor to operate this website. The provider processes personal data solely on our instructions and is contractually bound to appropriate data security and confidentiality.
7. Disclosure to third parties and transfer abroad
Your data is disclosed to third parties only where this is necessary to deliver the service, where you have consented, or where we are required to do so by law, for example to insurance companies, pension institutions or authorities in the course of a mandate.
Where data is transferred to countries without an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate protection through suitable safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as the purpose of processing, statutory retention obligations or the protection of legitimate interests require. Please note that unencrypted email is not a secure means of transmission. For confidential documents we provide a protected transmission channel on request.
